We took the written materials we had developed covering the various movement principles and strategies for Aikido Randori including multiple attackers with swords or knives and illustrated each of these principles with various video clips. The presentation is in PowerPoint but you do not need to have PowerPoint to view the manual,; it comes with the PowerPoint viewer. There are 54 video clips, 7 full color diagrams, and 41 slides with technical in formation.
